Q: What are apartment facilities?
A: All apartments are fully furnished with kitchen or small kitchenette and bathroom. Bathrooms include bath or shower and WC. Kitchens are ready for cooking, there is always the fridge to store food. There are always several beds of different types. Usually there is Sat TV or wi-fi internet. Please check all apartment amenities in particular apartment detail page.

Q: Are bed linen and towels provided?
A: There are always fresh bed linen and fresh towels provided for each guest.

Q: How to get keys from the apartment?
A: Usually we meet you in front of the house and hand over the keys during check-in. We can arrange check-in differently but we will always agree details via email before your arrival.

Q: How to proceed with my arrival?
A: If you order our airport shuttle then there will be driver waiting for you in airport arrival hall holding card with your name. He will take you directly to the apartment. Our person will come to the apartment and let you go in. Payment is proceed during check-in.

Q: Is there 24/7 reception?
A: Generally there is no reception for our apartments. When you will come to Prague please just call us and agree on the time when we will meet you.

Q: I am arriving late. How to proceed with late check-in?
A: Late check-ins are allowed and are subject of additional fee. For late check-ins between 22:00-24:00 (10pm - 0:0am) the fee is 10 EUR, for late check-ins after midnight the fee is 20EUR. Justification for such fee is: As there is no reception there must be person waiting till late night and come to meet you in the apartment in the center of Prague.

Q: I am leaving Prague late. How to proceed with late check-out?
A: General rule is to leave at 11:00 (a.m.). As there can be other guests coming to the same apartment at the same day we ask you to leave till 11:00. Check-out time is agreed always during checking process.

Q: My flight back from Prague leaves in the evening. Can I store my luggage before my way to airport?
A: We usually ask you to leave apartment by 11:00. You can leave your luggage in the apartment and come back for it later. You have to leave at 11:00 because of cleaning of the apartment. We have to agree on each case on late check-out separately during your check-in.
