Q: What are apartment facilities?
A: All apartments are fully furnished with kitchen or small kitchenette and bathroom. Bathrooms include bath or shower and WC. Kitchens are ready for cooking, there is always the fridge to store food. There are always several beds of different types. Usually there is Sat TV or wi-fi internet. Please check all apartment amenities in particular apartment detail page.
Q: Are bed linen and towels provided?
A: There are always fresh bed linen and fresh towels provided for each guest.
Q: How to get keys from the apartment?
A: Usually we meet you in front of the house and hand over the keys during check-in. We can arrange check-in differently but we will always agree details via email before your arrival.
Q: How to proceed with my arrival?
A: If you order our airport shuttle then there will be driver waiting for you in airport arrival hall holding card with your name. He will take you directly to the apartment. Our person will come to theÂ apartment and let you go in. Payment is proceed during check-in.
Q: Is there 24/7 reception?

Q: I am arriving late. How to proceed with late check-in?
A:Â Please always contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and agree the procedure of your arrival
Q: I am leaving Prague late. How to proceed with late check-out?
A: General rule is to leave at 10:00 (a.m.). As there can be other guests coming to the same apartment at the same day we kindly ask you to leave till 10:00 (a.m.). Check-out time is agreed always during checking process.
Q: My flight back from Prague leaves in the evening. Can I store my luggage before my way to airport?
A: You can store your luggages at our reception in Retezova 3, Praha 1.
