Q: Why do I need to provide card details?
A: To confirm your reservation we always need your card number. We only make pre-authorisation of the first night. We actually do not take your money but only block it for limited time. When you arrive blocation is cancelled. In case you cancel your recervation we can take some amount based on our cancellation policy. For cancelation policy please visit out Terms and Conditions.
Q: My card doesnt work. Can I still proceed with booking?
A: If your card(s) are unable to provide pre-authorisation transaction then you can still send us full amount via bank transfer. For bank transfer details please contact our customer service at email@example.com
Q: When do I pay for the accommodation?
A: Accommodation is paid upon your arrival. The person who is checking you in will proceed also with payment.
Q: How to pay the rest of booking price?
A: You can pay by cash with following currencies: CZK, EUR. You can also pay by credit / debit card VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, JCB.
