Q: Why to pay booking deposit?
A: We need to know that you really want to come to visit us. Then we can book availability for you and do not sell it anybody else. As guarantee we use booking deposit. Booking deposit can differ from apartment to apartment and it is usually between 10 to 20 percent of total booking price. If you cancel you reservation soon enough then we will refund you back part of booking deposit. For detail please see our Terms and Conditions.

Q: How should I pay booking deposit? I do not have PayPal account.
A: We are using PayPal portal for booking deposit payment. It has several benefits: 1) If you have PayPal account you can use for deposit payment, 2) If you do not have PayPal account you can use any credit / debit card for deposit payment, 3) This portal is absolutely secure and fraud free.

Q: Is it secure to pay booking deposit using my credit card?
A: Using PayPal portal is the most secure way how to handle payment over the internet. Even in case that you pay by card we do not see your card details. It is proceed only and completely by PayPal. We just receive confirmation from PayPal that you have paid. You do not need to worry about any frauds.

Q: I cannot pay booking deposit even by credit card. Can I still proceed with booking?
A: If you are not able to pay booking deposit even with credit / debit card there is possibility to send us money to our bank account. In this case please contact us by email or phone to arrange details.

Q: When do I pay the rest of booking price?
A: The rest of booking price is paid upon your arrival. The person who is checking you in will proceed also with payment.

Q: How to pay the rest of booking price?
A: You can pay by cash with following currencies: CZK, EUR, USD and GBP. You can also pay by credit / debit card but please check apartment details if this is possible.
