Q: How to book an apartment?
A: The easiest way to book an apartment is to select one in our website and book online. After you settle the deposit via you credit / debit card or PayPal account your booking is secured and fixed.
Q: Why I can book one apartment immediately and have to wait 24 hours to book another?
A: There are two groups of apartments from booking perspective. First group of apartments are apartments with online calendar. Those apartments you can book immediately as we know online availability. Second group of apartments are our partner apartments without online calendar. Once you book this apartment then we immediately contact owner and send you back email with apartment availability - and link to finish your reservation. Booking deposit is requested AFTER availability is finally confirmed by us.
Q: Can I change my reservation?
A: If you wish to change your reservation then please send us email with the details of the change. If possible then we will change it right away. If there will be conflict with another reservation we will try to solve it.
Q: I have to cancel my reservation. How can I proceed?
A: It is possible to cancel to reservation. For the details and refund policy please look at our Terms and Conditions.
Q: Can I make reservation by email?
A: If you wish you can make reservation through email. Anyway for confirming your reservation we need you to settle deposit. So we will send you link which leads to PayPal and ask you to pay us deposit. You do not need to have any account on PayPal. You can also settle deposit by any credit / debit card.
Q: Can I make reservation via phone?
A: You can make reservation via phone. For confirming your reservation we need to you settle booking deposit. You can either send us money to our PayPal account or to our bank account. If you wish to settle deposit by card then we will send you link to payment portal.
