This is contract between you and Prague Port s.r.o. Please read carefully

I. General

These conditions are part of a contract between you and Prague Port s.r.o. (Prague Port s.r.o. operates By clicking, "I accept terms & conditions" and by clicking to confirm your reservation, you accept this contract. Likewise, if you reserved by phone and received a reservation confirmation e-mail or letter from us, your payment means you approve this contract.

II. Booking

1. Booking

You can reserve online on, by phone, e-mail, or in our office in Prague.

: if you book online, you will get a immediate confirmation of reservation.

2. Pre-authorisation of your card

To confirm your reservation we need to pre-authorise your given card for the value of your booking\'s first night. This correspond with our cancellation policy and fees. Pre-authorisation will be cancelled by the day of your arrival. Pre-authorisation value is different in top seasons (New Year\'s Eve, Easter) where cancellation and no-show fees are higher.

3. Payment

You will be charged for the amount stated in your booking confirmation at the day of your arrival. You can pay by cash (CZK or EUR) or credit card. We accept VISA, EC/MC.

4. Minimum stay

Minimum stay can differ on season. Generally is 2 nights but can be more (5 nights) in the peak seasons. In case our website is preventing you from making short stay and you want to make exception please contact us directly by email or phone.

5. Extending/Shortening your stay

If you wish to extend your stay, please contact us as soon as possible. There will be no refunds if you leave the apartment before agreed date.

If you have not left the apartment and taken off your belongings by the agreed check-out time and date we reserve the right to invoice you the extra nights. If another renter has reserved the apartment, and if you are not reachable or present in the apartment, we also reserve the right to gather your belongings and inventory them in presence of a third-party, and store them in a safe place.

6. Booking change (PraguePort s.r.o.) reserves the right to change accommodation in case of some kind of emergency to a same level apartment for the same prices.

7. Promotions and discounts

General promotion vouchers and discount vouchers are valid through whole year except period of New Year\'s Eve and Easter

III. Cancellation

General policy: you can cancel your reservation free of charge 30 and more days prior to the arrival, in case of late cancellation there will be charge of the first night, in case of no-show - full amount of the reservation will be charged.

New Year\'s Eve, Easter: Non-refundable
whole amount is paid at the moment of your reservation and it is not refundable. No changes are possible.

If you booked elsewhere please refer to cancellation policy of the site you have booked.

IV. Accommodation Rules

1. Apartment Amenities

Properties are fully furnished, sheets and towels are provided and included in rental price, as well as water, electricity, heating and cleanup after your departure. (You only commit to wash dishes and empty garbage bins before leaving, see "Departure".). If there is a phone line in the apartment, its use will be restricted to emergency and toll-free calls (you just have to buy a pre-paid card like Smartcall to be able to call anywhere).

2. Number and identity of the guests

You agree to inform PragueResidences of the number of guests included within the booking. Unless otherwise agreed by PragueResidences only the number of persons indicated at the time of booking shall be authorized to use the apartment. The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons allocated for each apartment, except for children under two years of age.

You commit to strictly respecting the maximum number of guests indicated in apartment description (including your invitees)

3. Behavior

Our apartments are located in residential areas. All guests are therefore expected to behave responsibly and respect their neighbors. In the event that any of the guests do not behave in a decent and responsible manner PragueResidences shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment without the right for the latter to claim any type of compensation.

4. Liabilities nor the owner of the apartment shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of the use by the client of the apartment, including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses because of fires, robbery or criminal behavior.

In case of any infringement of the aforementioned obligations, at its sole discretion will be entitled to request the client to leave the apartment, and the client shall have no right to claim any type of compensation.

5. Assistance

We will help you if you have questions about or need help with the apartment. If this need occurs because of inappropriate use of the apartment, we reserve the right to invoice you related work and expenses. Likewise, well try to help you if you experience difficulties that are not related to the apartment (to contact medical assistance, your embassy or the police...) but it is not an obligation and we reserve the right to invoice you related work and expenses. In such cass, this amount can be deducted from your damage deposit.

Information on amenities around the apartment : (public transportation, shops, restaurants, etc.) are only indicative and not contractual.

6. Arrival - check-in

For check-in apartments, you can enter from 14:00 (2 p.m). You will pick up the keys in our office or there will be a person waiting for you in front of the house - unless its agreed different. We can arrange taxi from airport to apartment (and back).

7. Arrival - inventory

You will find a detailed inventory in the apartment; you commit to check its accuracy. If anything is missing or does not correspond to the inventory, or if this inventory is missing, you commit to warn us within 24 hours by phone, e-mail to with confirmation. If you cannot access telephone or e-mail, you will have to send us a recommended letter or visit us in our office.

8. Departure - before Leave

You commit to wash the dishes and empty the fridge, throw its content and other garbage in the building dustbins, close all windows, turn off water taps, lower heating, turn off the lights and shut the door. You also commit to leave the spare copies of keys on the welcome table in the apartment. Missing keys shall be deducted from customer Credit Card.

9. Damages

After every departure our company staff inspect the apartment. If any damage or missing equipment is found our company is authorized to charge the cost (based on inventory published in every apartment on entrance door together with particular price of the equipment) on customer\'s Credit (or Debit) Card. Customer agrees to use its Credit (or Debit) Card in such case. Written record is then sent by email to the customer.

10. Departure - check-out

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. unless agreed different.

11. Use and Noise

You commit to take care of the apartment and respect neighbors, particularly by respecting the interdiction to make noise between 22:00 (10 p.m.) and 7 a.m. (which could result in a 50 euros fine if neighbors complain about you). You commit to using the apartment only as an accommodation and not for any kind of trade.

12. Pets and Smoking Rules

We indicate in descriptions if pets are allowed in a given apartment and if smoking is allowed or not. For all apartments, other animals are forbidden without our written permission.

V. Claims

All claims should be done on the spot without delay directly to our office in Prague, so that the claim can be handled immediately.

We want to have satisfied customers, therefore claims must be handled promptly. Claims launched after the stay and not approved by our office will not be considered.

VI. Prices

All prices are in EUR.

Prices are calculated based on number of nights in the apartment. If number of tenants exceeds recommended value then extra charge is applied for each additional person.

VII. Other

We are not responsible and have no obligation to refund if you do not have a valid passport or visa and therefore cannot enter the Czech Republic

Bookings by children under 18 years traveling alone are not accepted. Children must be accompanied by at least one adult (person over 18 years), who is responsible for them
